the painful truth
It’s gut-wrenching to think about but…
So many men will leave this world with their best ideas…
…their biggest dreams…
…and their true potential still locked inside them.
They’ll go to the grave with unfinished business…
…not because they couldn’t do it…
…but because they never fucking tried.
Every man promises himself he’ll change “one day.”
But most never do.
And your wife, kids, and the man in the mirror, pay the price.
And somewhere in the background is the uncomfortable sense…
…that you’re not living up to what you know you’re capable of.
Not in anyone else’s eyes.
In your own.
Ouch.
And yet…It’s bloody easy to look successful on the outside.
Nice house, decent career, loving family, luxury holidays…
…all while quietly pissed off with the bloke staring back at you in the bathroom mirror every night…
…as you rub your tired face and notice another grey hair.
So you numb the feeling.
Fuck it.
Work harder.
Scroll other peoples lives for longer.
Bury it under silent coping mechanisms.
Zone out by watching Sky Sports for hours.
Drink a bit more than you used to.
Anything to take the edge off without actually dealing with it.
You lie to yourself “this is just life.”
But you can’t fool yourself for ever.
Because in the quiet moments you hear that voice…
…in the depths of your minds that says…
…‘You can do better, for fucks sake stop it, and sort yourself out’.
And what you’ve got?
It’s not the life you wanted to live.
It’s existing in a way that nobody else knows what’s going on in your head.
And this is the part most men don’t want to admit:
existing without intention slowly drains the life out of you.
Why you feel like this
Carl Jung said, “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
What that really means is:
Most men never become the man they know they could be.
You work on goals assigned to you…
…and tick the boxes society offered.
And then you realise the inner fire and drive is long gone.
You’ve stopped growing as a man.
Stopped building a life you’re proud of.
James Hollis calls it “the middle passage”…
…that moment where the old map of your life doesn’t work anymore.
What used to motivate you doesn’t light you up now.
And because you haven’t drawn a new map yet, you drift.
That’s why you feel restless, even though you’ve got “a good life.”
That’s why you lie awake as the clock ticks midnight…
…thinking, “Is this really it?”
Ignore that call for long enough, and the consequences start stacking up:
Your wife gets sick of hearing promises you never keep.
Your kids grow up copying the half-arsed example you’ve set.
Your mates stay comfortable, while you get pissed off inside pretending you’re fine.
That’s what regret looks like.
Why your network Matters Now More Than Ever
Let’s be honest — the wider world doesn’t help.
Things feel unstable and systems feel shaky.
The people in charge don’t exactly inspire confidence.
Which is why having solid men around you matters more now than it did ten years ago.
I know what regret looked like a decade ago, because I lived it.
I had a job in the City earning six-figures.
The smart 3-storey town-house.
Dinner at the best restaurants in Europe.
A brand new BMW Z4 convertible that sounded awesome when you gave it the full beans on the slip road to the motorway.
Holidays to Dubai, Miami, and Ibiza.
Elite fitness and a medal from the OCR World Championships in America.
A beautiful and loving girlfriend.
A solid best friend, and a great social life…
…and I still felt empty.
Living the quiet life of desperation.
Others will wonder ‘How the fuck is that possible?’
Well, I know, and you know…
I was drifting. Coasting.
Going through the motions.
Living the Groundhog Day on repeat.
And here’s what I learned very quickly:
Nothing changes until you decide to change it.
Here’s what else astounded me:
I’m now 47, but as I hit 40, I realised something depressing:
Finding men who were truly hungry for more was rare.
I wanted a life that felt fucking exciting.
Made you get out of bed and look forward to the week ahead.
Full of energy, progress, success, and excitement.
But most of the guys around me?
They were more interested in watching Sky Sports…
…moaning about the weather…
…and talking like their lives were set in stone.
Happy to coast and repeat the same week for the next 30 bloody years.
No. Thank. You.
That was never going to be me.
I wanted to build something.
To raise my 3 kids well.
Get in shape, make serious money…
…and experience more from life.
To win – and enjoy the ride while doing it.
After leading Whole Man Academy for several years…
…and interviewing over 100 high-performing men…
…one thing became crystal clear:
I wasn’t the only one feeling this way.
That’s why I built The Network in 2023 and The Spark in 2026.
To give men like you a line in the sand.
To surround you with solid blokes who won’t let you coast.
To push you when you lose motivation, and help you when life hits hard.
Because when you change your trajectory, everything changes with it.
Your wife feels it.
Your kids see it.
Your family respects it.
People notice a change.
‘What the fucks he been taking?’ they wonder.
And most importantly — you finally respect yourself again.
That’s what happens when you surround yourself with solid men who push you to raise your standards.
So what does being inside The Network look like?
It’s designed to fit around real life — work, kids, pressure, busy weeks —without letting you drift back into autopilot.
Here’s how it works in practice.
You start with clarity, not chaos
When you join, the first thing we do is slow things down.
You’ll have an onboarding call with me.
A proper conversation.
We look at where you’re actually at.
What’s going on in your work, your life, your head.
What you’re building, or trying to escape from.
And what matters now, not five years ago.
Alongside that, you complete an onboarding questionnaire.
It’s there to get clear on where you’re drifting and where momentum actually needs to come from.
Most men say this alone already lifts a weight.
Your week stops running you
Every Monday, you’ll get a short email to start the week with intention.
Something that helps you stop reacting to the week
and decide how you want to show up in it.
Then on Friday, you’ll get a weekly evaluation.
This is one of the things the guys find most useful.
It forces you to look at what actually happened, what you avoided, what worked, and what you’d otherwise repeat again next week without noticing.
Same mistakes don’t survive long when you’re paying attention.
You’re not doing this alone anymore
There’s a weekly mastermind call with the other guys in the group.
Some weeks you listen, some weeks you talk, some weeks you get challenged.
You don’t have to join it, but this is where things improve, through advice from me, the other guys, or an idea for a resource we have.
Alongside that, you’re part of the WhatsApp group for real-time connection.
Wins, Struggles, Check-ins.
Accountability when someone goes quiet.
It’s subtle, but it matters.
You’ve got tools to think properly again
You also get access to:
The Ignite book — to reset how you think about direction, action, and momentum
The Boardroom Collective Mind — a place to think things through instead of spiralling
The Whole Man Journey — a clear framework to understand where you are and what stage you’re actually in
None of this is about consuming for the sake of it.
It’s there to support decisions, not distract from them.
The point of all this
This isn’t about being busy with self-development.
It’s about stopping drift.
About having structure without rigidity, support without dependence, and accountability without being shouted at.
You get helped to stop lying to yourself about where you’re at.
And from there, things start moving.
BUT…
Not every man is ready to jump straight into brotherhood
—and that’s not a weakness
Here’s the bit most sales pages dance around.
Some men read all of this and think,
“Yeah… this makes sense. I can feel it.”
And then another thought creeps in.
“I don’t know if I’m ready for all of that yet.”
“I’m stretched as it is.”
“Money’s tight.”
“I just want to get my head straight first.”
That doesn’t mean you don’t want change.
It means you’re being honest about where you’re actually at.
And honestly?
That’s a far better place to start than forcing a big commitment you’re not ready to honour.
That’s exactly why The Spark exists alongside The Network.
The Spark is the low-barrier way in
The Spark is for ambitious men who know they’re drifting, but aren’t ready — mentally or financially — to step straight into a full membership.
It’s ongoing.
Self-led.
No live calls.
No group pressure.
And yes — it’s deliberately low cost at just $9 p/m.
Why did I create this option?
Because starting shouldn’t require a leap of faith or a hit to your bank balance.
The Spark gives you:
A way to dip your toe in
A way to test the water
A way to feel what this work actually does to your head and your life
Without overthinking it or telling yourself a story that holds you back from progress.
What The Spark actually does
It doesn’t promise to change your whole life, and for $9 a month you wouldn’t expect it to.
What it does do is help you:
Stop the mental noise
Get some breathing room
Feel less reactive
Start making decisions with intention again
For a lot of men, that alone is a relief.
You feel steadier.
Clearer.
More like yourself.
Why do men join?
The men who join the membership aren’t failing in life.
They haven’t hit rock bottom or anything like that.
On paper they’re doing great, until you look deeper.
They are successful yet unfulfilled…
…and found themselves in The Gap.
The grey area between the life you live and the life you desperately want.
And they’re just fucking sick of playing small.
I hear this all the time:
“I know I’ve achieved a lot, but I don’t feel like I’m where I should be.”
“My mates are good lads, but they’re happy coasting. I need to be around men who actually push me.”
“I say I’ll change things, but nothing sticks. I need structure and accountability to get my shit together..”
“I want to look in the mirror not be pissed off with the man staring back.”
Sound familiar?
Then you already know you belong here.

what changes when you join?
This isn’t about just talking and feeling nice.
It’s about taking action and changing your Trajectory.
You get your energy back — no more dragging yourself out of bed and lying about being “knackered all the time.”
You build strength in your body and resilience in your head.
You stop drifting and finally take control of your week, your actions, and your life.
You stop being the bloke who “used to” and become the bloke who is.
You become the man your family can count on, not the one who keeps promising but never follows through and senses their disappointment.
If this is landing, you already know what this is about.
At some point, every man has to decide whether he’s going to keep thinking about change or actually step into it.
Nothing on this page is magic, it just removes the excuses.
The Network exists for men who are done coasting.
The Spark exists for men who want to start without pressure.
Both lead to the same place.
What doesn’t work is staying exactly where you are and hoping clarity turns up on its own.
The years will pass either way.
So choose a starting point and move.
