WHOLE MAN ACADEMY - MEMBERSHIP

This page is for the man who decides not to wait any longer.

It's more in-depth with information than most, deliberately. If you're a skim reader, the membership pages are linked above. If you want the full picture — read on.

LET'S START WITH THE GAP

The years have a way of passing faster than you expect.

You blink and another quarter is gone. Another year.

A long list of things you meant to do, morning routines you meant to start, moves you wanted to make, and conversations you kept putting off having.

And that can get frustrating, but it’s good news, because there’s a level of ambition.

That’s why the average man who lands on this page is doing well.

A business that works, or a career that's gone the right way.

A family. A life that looks sorted from the outside.

And underneath it, a quiet certainty that there's another gear.

That's the gap. And before we go any further, let me be precise about what I mean by it, because the men's space is full of language that puts solid men off.

The gap is the distance between what you're doing and what you're capable of.

That's all, in a nutshell.

The gap is what every capable man recognises when he's honest with himself for thirty seconds:

I'm doing well, and I know there's more in me.

And after 8 years of working with men, I promise you: closing that gap alongside other men of the same mindset is one of the most energising things you will ever do.

It stops being a private frustration and becomes a shared goal.

There's a reason men who find the right group talk about it the way they talk about their best years.

-You're capable of more and you know it. The only question is what you're going to do about it.

WHY THE GAP DOESN'T CLOSE ON ITS OWN

If closing the gap were simply a matter of wanting to, you'd have done it years ago.

You're not short of drive, although some days you have a dip in motivation, we all do, but you've built a business, or climbed further than most on the career ladder.

So why does the gap exist in men who are clearly capable of hard things?

In my experience it comes down to three things:

Problem one: isolation.

Somewhere in your late thirties, it happens quietly.

The mates from the early years drift into their own lives. Work relationships stay at work depth.

And if you run a business, it can be bloody hard - there are things you can't say to your staff, things you won't burden your wife with, and things your mates wouldn't understand if they’ve never run a business.

So the most important conversations in your life end up happening in one place: inside your own head.

Men are very good at this.

A bloke alone with his own thinking has no way to check it.

His blind spots stay blind. His excuses go unchallenged.

His wins go uncelebrated, which matters more than men admit.

Isolation doesn't feel like a problem day to day. It feels normal, and that's exactly what makes it dangerous.

Problem two: a circle without ambition.

Your mates are good men so this has nothing to do with their worth.

But be honest: when did one of them last ask you a question that made you uncomfortable?

When did one of your mates inspire you and talk about what they're building in a way that made you want to build more?

So if you look around, most men's social circles are organised around comfort.

The pub, the golf, the group chat about football.

All good things but completely incapable of moving your life forward.

You become the average of the standards around you, and if nobody around you is doing anything other than staying comfortable, the quiet pressure is to stop pushing too.

So you have all these moves in life you want to make, but nobody to help you light them up and crack on with them.

So ambition without company slowly turns into daydreaming.

Problem three: nobody holds you to anything.

In your business, everything is accountable.

Targets, reviews, numbers that don't lie or hide.

Then look at your own life — your health, your marriage, your direction, your ambitions beyond the business.

Where's the review meeting for that? Who checks whether you did what you said you'd do?

Nobody. And a goal nobody checks is a wish.

You'd never run your company that way, but some men run their entire lives that way.

Put those three together, no one to talk to properly, no one raising the bar, no one holding you to your word, and drifting is guaranteed.

It's the natural result of an ambitious man in the totally wrong environment.

Put the same man in the right environment, and he becomes a different animal within months.

I've watched it happen too many times to call it coincidence.

And that should excite you to wonder what’s possible.

WHY THE BOOKS AND PODCASTS DIDN'T CHANGE MUCH FOR YOU

You've probably already tried the usual routes.

The self-help books.

The podcasts on the drive to and from work.

The gym phase that lasted three months.

Maybe a course, a planner, a January that started with real intent.

Possibly even some meditation App or breath work that lasted 2 weeks then got forgotten.

My view on all this?

None of it was wasted, but none of it was ever going to be enough alone.

Because information was never your problem.

You already know most of what you need to do.

Train the body regularly.

Eat good quality food.

Don’t drink too much.

Have the difficult conversations.

Set some goals in and out of the office and work on it consistently.

What you've been missing is an environment that expects you to actually do it — and notices when you don't.

That's the difference between consuming and finally changing.

A book can't ask you why you avoided the thing you committed to.

A podcast can't look at you on a Wednesday call and wait for a straight answer.

Men can. The right men, anyway.

WHY I BUILT THIS

I built the Whole Man Academy because years ago I needed it and it didn't exist.

I spent nearly two decades in the City of London dealing with top banks, energy giants, and trading houses

Decent money. Good job. Annual bonus and a generous expense account alongside clients trips to Ibiza, Skiing, and Premier League games.

The things you're supposed to want right in front of me.

And I was operating at about sixty percent of what I was capable of.

WHY?

Because life was comfortable, increasingly monotonous, and nobody around me was asking the right questions.

Nobody around me to push me to aim higher and take risks, because everyone was kind of stuck in the Rat Race and often quite comfortable.

When I finally found men who were genuinely hungry, totally honest, absolutely invested in each other's growth — everything changed.

Steadily, compounding over months and years.

My health. My focus. My relationship. My stress level. My sense of where I was actually going.

I've now spent close to a decade building that environment for other men.

I've interviewed over 100 high performers on the podcast (Gallery below)

I've run the retreats, the dinners, the masterminds, the weekly calls.

I've talked to men inside Barclays, Spotify, Daily Mail, and Gieves & Hawkes.

And I've written nearly 900 editions of the Whole Man Journal — every Monday and Friday since the start, without missing a single day.

I mention that last one deliberately.

Consistency over years is the exact thing WMA teaches, so it matters that the man running it lives it.

Look at any man you admire who’s become a success.

He didn’t do a bit of effort and work and then everything turned out great.

He will have shown up regularly and put in the effort for decades, and success came in somewhere along the way.

The men who change their lives find the right group, and they show up in it consistently.

That's the whole secret, and everything else is detail.

THE SEASON YOU'RE IN

The Jungian analyst James Hollis wrote about something he called the second half of life — and if you're past forty, or closing in on it, this will land.

His observation was this: the first half of a man's life is spent building an identity out of expectations.

Parents, magazines, films, music all play a part.

School, career, mortgage, marriage, providing.

You did what was asked, and you did it well — that's how you got here.

But somewhere in the middle years, a question starts surfacing that the first-half identity can't answer: who am I now, and what are these next decades really for?

Most men feel that question and bury it by staying busy.

Hollis called what results the unlived life — and he was blunt about the cost: your children don't inherit your advice, they inherit your example.

What you didn't dare live, they carry.

Here's where I part company with anyone who treats this season of life as just winding down to retirement or death.

The second half, taken seriously, can be the best half.

You've got the resources, the judgement, and the life lessons the first half gave you — and for the first time, you get to choose what it's all for.

Your best years aren't behind you.

They're ahead, but only if you treat this season as the one that counts.

The first half of your life answered other people's questions. The second half gets to answer yours.

THE IDEA AT THE HEART OF IT: TRAJECTORY

Here's the concept that changed how I think about all of this, and the reason WMA is built the way it is.

Trajectory.

A two-degree change in course means nothing over a week.

Over ten years, it's the difference between landing in a different county, or a different life.

Small angles, compounded over time, produce outcomes that look like bloody miracles from the outside to those who stay still.

Now here's what strikes me about the business owners and driven men I work with.

You manage your company's trajectory obsessively.

Forecasts. Quarterly reviews. Course corrections the moment the numbers wobble.

You'd never let the business drift for six months and just hope it works out, or you’re cooked.

Then you leave your own trajectory — your health, your direction, your relationships, your ambitions beyond the business — completely unmanaged.

WMA is trajectory management for the man himself.

Small, deliberate corrections, made weekly, compounded over years.

That's the whole mechanism, and it's why everything inside is structured the way it is.

The journals land Monday and Friday because drift happens between check-ins — so we made the check-ins constant.

The calls are weekly because a month is long enough for a man to talk himself out of anything.

The community is always on because the moment you go quiet is precisely the moment that matters.

None of it is complicated but all of it compounds over time, and we have the results to prove it.

Manage your trajectory the way you manage your business, and in five years you won't recognise your life.

Through his guidance, I've experienced profound personal growth — improving my health, fitness, and mindset, and gaining the confidence to take on challenges I'd previously thought impossible. His ability to foster a supportive and empowering community has created a group where men can connect, share, and grow together."

GUY SHEPHERD

NETWORK MEMBER

"Anthony has been an invaluable resource in guiding me to the path I'm on today. He's been instrumental in helping me recover my energy, strength, and vitality for life. By holding me accountable for the choices I make every day, his strategies provided the clarity I needed — not only in business but in my personal life as well. His straightforward approach is incredibly effective at helping you break through the barriers and walls we often build over the years."

WHAT WHOLE MAN ACADEMY IS

WMA is a community built around four pillars — Strength, Success, Direction, and Connection — and a simple belief: get those four working together and everything else in your life gets easier to navigate.

Strength.

Physical, mental, and emotional.

The resilience to handle pressure, make hard decisions, and stay composed when the plan falls apart.

Most men were never taught how to build this deliberately.

Inside WMA, it's pillar one.

Success.

The career, the business, the finances — the external markers that matter to ambitious men.

WMA takes them seriously.

Money and achievement matter.

The goal is building them intentionally, sustainably, and on your terms.

Direction.

Knowing where you're going and why.

Making decisions from a clear set of values instead of reacting to whatever lands in front of you.

More men struggle here than will ever admit it out loud — which is exactly why we talk about it every week.

Connection.

The relationships that matter — family, friendships, brotherhood.

Being present.

Leading at home as well as at work.

Usually the last thing ambitious men invest in, and almost always the one that transforms everything else.

And here's the part nobody tells you about getting around the right men: it's energising in a way that's hard to describe until you've felt it.

You start looking forward to the calls or the events.

You catch yourself thinking about Monday's journal question in the middle of the week.

Sunday night stops being a low hum of dread and becomes something closer to anticipation — because the week ahead has structure, momentum, and men in it who are genuinely in your corner.

You feel part of something you're meant to belong to.

That feeling is rarer than most men realise.

Once you've got it, you'll wonder how you went so long without it.

WHAT A WEEK LOOKS LIKE INSIDE THE NETWORK

Here's the practical reality of a week as a member:

SUNDAY · 5PM

The Sunday Focus journal lands

A short, sharp read with questions that set up your week. Five minutes with a coffee. You decide what this week is for — before the inbox decides for you.

MIDWEEK

The live call

A check in for all. Wins on the table, problems worked through honestly, and the occasional question that stops you in your tracks. Men leave these calls different to how they arrived.

THROUGHOUT

The WhatsApp brotherhood

Between calls, the conversation continues. A win shared at 9pm. A question asked before a big meeting. A nudge when someone's gone quiet, because someone always notices.

FRIDAY · 5AM

The Friday review email

Wins and Reflections. The honest scorecard. What happened, what you avoided, what you'd repeat without noticing. Ten minutes that stop a drifting week becoming a drifting quarter.

That's it. Two short journals, one call, one group.

Perhaps ninety minutes a week tops — and every one of those minutes is pointed at your trajectory.

WHAT'S WAITING ON THE OTHER SIDE

So let's talk about what actually happens when you join — because this is the part that should excite you.

Within a month, your weeks have shape. Within a few, you're in rooms with men you'd never otherwise have met — and the conversations go places pub conversations never do.

Then it compounds. Maybe you join us at the retreat that resets your year.

The London dinner where you're sat next to a man who's already solved the exact problem you're wrestling with.

The Cotswolds or Kent dinner meeting new connections. The introduction that turns into a deal.

The call where someone says the one thing that changes how you see your whole situation.

None of that is on your calendar right now. That's the point.

Join, and the next twelve months fill up with things you can't currently predict — conversations, opportunities, friendships, moments that only happen to men who put themselves in the right rooms.

Don't, and you can predict the next twelve months perfectly.

Because they'll look exactly like the last twelve.

Everything on this page — the trajectory, the brotherhood, the second half of life done properly — sits on the other side of one small decision.

If you do nothing, nothing happens. Do something, and everything starts moving.

"Ant is a force of nature. His coaching and events through The Network have helped me level up over the past 10 months. He is funny, likeable, and tells it like it is. At the core, he focuses strongly on personal accountability which he believes is at the root of a winning mindset. He is freely and unashamedly who he is, and expects the same from you. If you're not willing to face the hard truths, his uncompromising style might not be for you. But if you are, and want to effect positive and lasting change, I recommend him wholeheartedly."

“Ant has a laser-like ability to cut through the noise, pinpoint the real issues, and give you the no-BS clarity you need to move forward. His direct, no-nonsense approach is exactly what most men need — but rarely get. And because it's paired with genuine care, energy, and passion, the impact is massive. Every event and retreat has been a game-changer, providing renewed clarity, purpose, and drive. He has created a powerful network of like-minded men — all driven to grow, support, and push their own boundaries."

TWO QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU LOOK AT THE MEMBERSHIPS

Everything above only matters if two things are true about you. So before you scroll to the options, sit with these for a moment. Answer them honestly.

Question one

What's my attitude?

Meaning: when you see something in your life that needs doing — the fitness, the conversation, the decision you've been circling for months — do you move? Or does it get filed under "one day"? Your attitude is simply your relationship with action. Men with the right attitude don't need to be perfect. They need to be movers.

Question two

What are my intentions?

Meaning: are you actually going to do this? Or are you here to gather more information you won't use — another tab open, another idea filed away? Intention is the difference between a man who joins a room to change and a man who joins a room to watch. Only one of them gets anything out of it.

Your answers to those two questions predict your next ten years better than any plan you'll ever write.

WMA can't hand you your attitude or your intentions — no one can.

What it does is make sure that once you've got them, they don't quietly die from lack of oxygen. That's what the Brotherhood is for.

WHO JOINS — AND WHO DOESN'T

Whole Man Academy membership is for most ambitious men, and it's for them at the right time.

Some men land here and it's their moment. Others need a different season of life first.

Both are fine — but you should know which you are before you join.

MEN JOIN BECAUSE...

  • They're done having their most important conversations alone in their own head

    _______________________________

  • They want men around them who raise the bar rather than lower it

    _______________________________

  • They know a goal nobody checks is just a wish

    _______________________________

  • They want their weeks to have structure and their years to have direction

    _______________________________

  • They're excited by the idea of belonging to something with standards

    _______________________________

MEN HOLD BACK BECAUSE...

  • "I should be able to do this on my own" — the exact thinking that's kept the gap open for years

    _______________________________

  • "I'll join when things calm down" — things don't calm down; men make room

    _______________________________

  • "What if I don't fit in?" — every man in the room thought the same before his first call

    _______________________________

  • "It's a big step" — it's a monthly membership, and the group of men will help you succeed more.

    _______________________________

And one thing said plainly, because it's true: WMA isn't for every man — yet.

If you're looking for content to consume while nothing changes, or you want the feeling of progress without the work of it, don't join. Genuinely.

Take the free journal, read along, and come back when you're ready to participate rather than spectate.

The group works because every man in it is putting in effort. The day you're ready to do the same, the door's open.

QUESTIONS MEN ASK BEFORE JOINING

"Is this just a talking group?"

No. Talking without accountability is just venting, and WMA was built on that exact distinction. Every call, every journal, every interaction is designed to move you forward. Men who join to talk rather than act tend to find their level quickly — and it's somewhere else.

_____________________________________________

"I don't have time for another commitment."

Most men who say they don't have time are spending several hours a week on things taking them nowhere — and they know it. If you genuinely can't find time for your own trajectory, that's the first thing worth fixing, and this is where you'd fix it.

_____________________________________________

"I'm not sure I need this — I'm doing fine."

Fine is the most dangerous place a capable man can live. Comfortable enough that nothing changes, honest enough with himself to know something's missing. The men who get the most from WMA were all "doing fine" when they joined. Ask them now whether fine was enough.

_____________________________________________

"I'm a private person. I don't share easily."

Most of the men inside would say the same — business owners usually would. Nobody's asked to bare their soul on day one. You'll find the room earns trust the same way anywhere worthwhile does: gradually, through consistency. Most men are surprised how quickly "I don't really talk about this stuff" becomes "this is the only place I talk about this stuff."

_____________________________________________

"Will this work for me?"

If you show up — yes. WMA works for the man who engages with it, and it works quickly. The journals sharpen your weeks. The calls sharpen your thinking. The men sharpen you. Every man in these testimonials showed up consistently, and every one will tell you the same thing: the only regret is not starting sooner.

_____________________________________________

BEFORE YOU JOIN

Here's what I know about the men who become members of the Whole Man Academy.

Most of them thought about it for a while first. Weeks, sometimes months.

They'd read a journal, heard about it from someone, landed on this page more than once.

And almost every one of them says the same thing after their first month:"I should have done this sooner."

I'm not going to give you a countdown timer or tell you the doors are closing.

If you're not ready, you're not ready, and I said further up the page that some men shouldn't join yet. I really meant it.

But if you've read this far you're not one of those men.

Spectators or fence sitters don't read four thousand words about accountability.

Something in you already knows there's more: more energy, more money, more ambition, more life to be lived than the version you're currently settling for.

That instinct is right, and it deserves better than another year of waiting for the perfect moment.

Your trajectory is being set right now, this week, whether you're managing it or not.

The men around you are shaping your standards right now, whether you chose them for that or not.

The second half of your life is starting whether you take it seriously or not.

The only real decision is whether any of it happens on purpose.

Start where it makes sense.

The Spark for a foothold.

The Network when you're ready for the room.

Nexus if you're building something serious in business and want serious men beside you.

Whichever door you choose — choose one. The years pass either way.

The best time to start was a year ago. The second best time is today.

Choose your starting point.

Three doors. One decision. The right one is whichever gets you in the room.

Not sure which is right for you? Email Anthony directly — anthony@wholemanacademy.com — and he'll give you a straight answer.
